What this site does and doesn't collect.
The short version
All Things Credentialing has no accounts, no visitor counters, no analytics or tracking and no advertising. The site itself sets no cookies and does not collect, store or sell personal information. It is a set of static web pages.
Your role choice (stored on your device)
If you pick a role (Hospital MSP, Payor & CVO, or Office & Group Enrollment) to filter resources, your browser saves that choice in its localStorage under the key credhub.role, so the filter stays set next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. To clear it, choose "All roles" or clear this site's data in your browser settings. This is the only thing the site stores in your browser.
Suggestion box and email links
The suggestion box and the "Report an outdated link" links don't send anything through this site. They open a pre-filled message in your own email app. Nothing is sent unless you press send there, and then we receive your email like any other email, at allthingscredentialinghub@gmail.com. We use it only to reply and improve the site.
Community Poll (Google Form)
The Community Poll is an anonymous Google Form embedded on the Learning page. Your answers go to Google Forms, not to this site, and it doesn't ask for your name or email. Because the form is served by Google, Google may process data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies when the form loads, under Google's Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
Outside links
Links to other sites (agencies, boards, accreditors, vendors) take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
Hosting
Like any website, the hosting service may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. We don't use those logs to identify or track visitors.
